One of the most beloved icons at the Singapore Zoo took its last breath on Wednesday, 25 April 2018. Inuka was the world’s first polar bear to be born in the tropics. He was put down, due to prolonged ill health. Since his birth, he had captured the hearts and imaginations of Singaporeans and foreign visitors alike.
