8 Days Gives “Mars VS Venus” a Bravo – airs Mondays 9 PM on MediaCorp Channel U

By tmvcadm | News | 0 comment | 11 June, 2015 | 0

Our episode on May-December relationships on “Mars VS Venus” received a BRAVO in this week’s 8 Days magazine!

The talk show, hosted by DJs Cruz Teng and Siau Jiahui, didn’t bother being PC about the topic, making explicit references to hunks like Desmond Tan as “fresh meat” and posing blunt questions (“Do you think he is making use of you?” and “Is it because you’re desperate?”) Wow… Imagine our surprise when guests Rosalyn Lee, Ann Kok and Patricia Mok gamely answered these burning questions.

Thanks for the thumbs-up, 8 Days! The talk show about perceived differences in opinions between the genders airs Mondays 9 PM on MediaCorp Channel U.

By tmvcadm | News | 0 comment | 21 April, 2015 | 0

Ever wondered what life on a kampong is like?

The Awad family spoke to Haryani Ismail about their experiences in an article published in last Saturday’s Berita Harian. In it, Awad and Mag (as she’s fondly called on Throwback) discuss their experiences in the kampong with their twin children Hannah and Danish. Mag talks about her initial apprehensions regarding hygiene standards and comfort. However, she came to enjoy the gotong-royong spirit that the Families nurtured as they cooked and shared their meals together. Awad also shares a funny behind-the-scenes story that happened during the production!
